The Dead or Alive Festival<\/a> was held successfully in Tokyo, Japan yesterday (1st August 2015). Hundreds of fans attended the event and participated in the activities. You can watch the whole coverage on the 5-hour-long video archived on YouTube<\/a> by Team NINJA, which is also embedded directly on top<\/del>. So, after the end of the Dead or Alive 5 Last Round (DOA5LR) World Exhibition Match, Team NINJA leader and producer Yosuke Hayashi announced several information and updates to the game.<\/p>\n

<\/a>First off, it is now clear that the Marie Rose costume (below), given out as a gift at the festival, is a collaboration between DOA5LR and “Red Bull 5G”, a big gaming event in Japan. This year, they will include DOA5LR in one of their tournaments. This Marie Rose costume is a cross-promotion DLC.<\/p>\n\"DOA5<\/a>\n<\/span>\n

Hayashi then moved on to announce that there is a major update coming to DOA5LR on 11th August. This v1.04 update<\/strong> will include gameplay balance and a new stage called “Fireworks”. The new stage is a free update for PS4\/\u2009Xbox One but will not be available for last-gen consoles PS3\/\u2009Xbox 360. The next batch of paid DLC, “Lovely Summer Costumes 2015\u2009” ([Updated 07 Aug]<\/strong> known as “Hot Summer<\/a>” outside Japan), will also be released on the same day and are part of Season Pass 2<\/a>.<\/p>\n
