Raidou, the boss character of the first Dead or Alive game, is resurrected as a Cyborg and returning as a new character in Dead or Alive 5 Last Round (DOA5LR). His fighting technique is a modified version of Mugen Tenshin Style, the Ninjutsu used by Kasumi and Hayate.
According to the DOA5LR official website, Raidou was killed in an explosion in the first Dead or Alive tournament. He was later brought back to life by Donovan, whose motive is unknown. As a side effect, he has lost all his memories except that his natural lust for power still remains.
He builds upon his modified Ninjutsu with techniques he stole from various fighters. He favors moves that make the most of his size and power. He has also developed some techniques of his own such as “Tengeki Gorai Sho” and “Rekku Jinraisatsu”.
