DOA5 Last Round Last Fight Trailer + Update Notes

ClarkDOA5 Last Round, News, Trailers

Team NINJA releases another trailer (above) of Dead of Alive 5 Last Round (DOA5LR) to remind us that the game is releasing worldwide this week, starting with US and Asian players already getting the game, follow by Japan on the 19th of February and Europe on the 20th.

At the same time, DOA5LR version 1.01 update notes, which are system and balance changes from DOA5 Ultimate (DOA5U), have been posted on the US official website. For DOA5U on PS3 and Xbox 360, the update will be shown as version 2.00, but has the same changes as the retail DOA5LR version 1.01. In Japan, DOA5U Arcade has also been updated to version 2.00.

For more information, Team NINJA earlier has published an FAQ page about transferring DLC/save data, online play, known issues and other stuff. Give it a read if you have any issues with the game.

[Updated 19 Feb] Team NINJA posted a WARNING for DOA5U players on Xbox 360 regarding the update could result in the loss of save data. It is always advisable to backup game data before any updates.

[Updated 22 Feb] Team NINJA issued another WARNING that in Tutorial Mode, Lesson 40.8 & 40.9 will corrupt save data (on all platforms). DO NOT play these two lessons in French, German, Italian and Spanish. Other languages don’t seem to have issue.

[Updated 23 Feb] Team NINJA has decided not to release any full version of DOA5LR for Xbox 360. Previously, it was mentioned that Xbox 360 will only get a digital version, but now the only way to play DOA5LR on Xbox 360 is to already own a copy of DOA5U (disc or digital) and update to DOA5LR. This free update does not include the new characters found in the full version of DOA5LR, but instead need to be purchased separately as DLC. Full details at the official website.
