The existence of this costume pack has been revealed by Famitsu two weeks ago with no release date. It finally arrives this week for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round (DOA5LR).
This new pack is a collaboration with Gust, the game developer behind popular RPG games such as the Atelier series, Nights of Azure and Ciel Nosurge. Gust has been part of Koei Tecmo since 2014.
This is the second pack included in Season Pass 4. The first one is Newcomer costumes released last month.
These costumes are available for 16 female characters for PS4/ Xbox One/ PC (Steam). Individual costume is priced at US$2.99 (¥308) and the bundle set of all 16 costumes is US$31.99 (¥3429). PC version is only sold in pack, not separately.
One thing to note is that Phase-4’s costume is transformable. With this costume, Phase-4 can transform into her “Demon” form when performing a Power Blow or Taunt, similar to Schoolgirl Strikers costumes released last year. Transformation is not available on PC, but you will get her 2 different forms as 2 separate costumes instead.
Next month DLC is another 16-costume pack, but contents and exact release date are still unknown at the moment.
