Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 (DOAX3) official website has just been updated with new information. Release date and pricing are confirmed and the contents of various collector’s editions are revealed. A short teaser is also released and can be viewed above. New screenshots can be found at the bottom of this page.

PS4 version is called DOAX3 Fortune and PSV version is called DOAX3 Venus. According to this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine, because Marie Rose and Honoka ranked first and second for the characters voting, Team NINJA decided to use them as cover girls. Japanese tax is 8%. Pre-order starts today in Japan. First-print run of the game will include extra bonuses. PS4 version gets Marie Rose “Devil Swimsuit” and PSV gets Honoka “Angel Swimsuit”. First-print bonuses and both sets of Xtreme Sexy Costumes can be shared between versions.
New Information:
Here is a list of highlights from the official website and this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine.
- The game is currently at 18% completion.
- Soft Skin Engine version 2 features realistic “Skin Texture”, “Breast Bounce” and “Butt Bounce”.
- “Beach Volleyball” and “Butt Battle” are confirmed. More new activities will be added.
- “Casino” is also confirmed. The link can be seen on top of the official website but is not active yet.
- A “Starter Pack” with one playable character is planned. It is for gamers who want to start playing at a low price and then pay to add more characters if desire. Details will be announced later.
- The official Swimsuit Design Contest has started at Famitsu website. This contest is jointly organized by Team NINJA and Famitsu for Japan only.
